Effective Date: May 5th, 2026

Thank you for shopping with WildTopography LLC. This Store Policy applies to purchases made through the WildTopography website, shop, online store, digital storefront, or any approved WildTopography sales platform.

WildTopography products are created and offered by Reanea Clark / WildTopography LLC and may include digital downloads, journals, printables, workbooks, meditations, educational materials, templates, creative tools, custom or personalized items, physical products, courses, workshops, and other self-discovery resources.

By purchasing from WildTopography, you agree to this Store Policy.

1. General Purchase Terms

All customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, file types, access details, customization requirements, delivery information, and policies before purchasing.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that:

  • You have read the product description.

  • You understand what is included.

  • You have reviewed the applicable refund, delivery, and usage terms.

  • You are purchasing for personal use unless written commercial permission is granted.

WildTopography reserves the right to update products, pricing, descriptions, availability, and policies at any time.

Digital Products: Final Sale

2. Due to the immediate-access nature of digital products, all digital product sales are final.

Digital products may include, but are not limited to:

  • Downloadable journals

  • Printable pages

  • Workbooks

  • PDFs

  • Templates

  • Meditations

  • Audio files

  • Courses

  • Curriculum materials

  • Guides

  • Ritual or reflection tools

  • Digital art or design files

  • Any other downloadable or electronically delivered product

Once a digital product has been purchased, accessed, delivered, downloaded, or made available, WildTopography does not offer refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges.

This policy helps protect the integrity of digital work, creative labor, and immediate access delivery.

3. Custom & Personalized Products

Custom or personalized products are final sale once the creative, production, or personalization process has begun.

Personalized products may include, but are not limited to:

  • Custom journals

  • Personalized readings

  • Personalized spiritual or reflective tools

  • Custom-written materials

  • Custom digital products

  • Custom-designed resources

  • Personalized templates

  • Made-to-order items

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, spelling, names, dates, preferences, photos, or customization details at the time of purchase.

WildTopography is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect or incomplete customer-provided information.

If a customer fails to provide required customization details, production may be delayed until all necessary information is received.

4. Personalized Item Turnaround

For products requiring personalization or custom input, please allow up to 72 business hours for production and digital delivery unless a different timeline is stated in the product description.

The 72-business-hour window begins once all required details, files, responses, or customization instructions have been provided by the customer.

Quality, accuracy, and creative presence are prioritized over speed within the WildTopography ecosystem.

Turnaround times may vary during holidays, high-volume periods, illness, emergencies, technical delays, or circumstances outside WildTopography’s control.

5. Physical Products

If WildTopography sells physical products, product-specific shipping and return terms may apply.

Physical products may include journals, books, printed workbooks, art, merchandise, ritual tools, or other tangible items.

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, physical product purchases are final sale once shipped.

Refunds or replacements for physical products may be considered only if:

  • The wrong item was sent.

  • The item arrived damaged.

  • The item was defective.

  • WildTopography made a fulfillment error.

Customers must contact WildTopography within 7 days of delivery regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Proof may be required, including photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, or damage.

WildTopography does not guarantee refunds or replacements for damage caused by customer handling, incorrect shipping information, carrier delays, missed deliveries, theft after delivery, or normal wear.

6. Shipping Policy

If physical products are offered, shipping timelines, methods, costs, and carriers may vary by product.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

WildTopography is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other factors outside WildTopography’s control do not automatically qualify an order for a refund.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

WildTopography is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but lost, stolen, misplaced, or removed after delivery.

Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly for tracking issues, lost package claims, or delivery disputes.

WildTopography may assist where reasonable but cannot guarantee replacement or refund for carrier-related issues.

8. Courses, Workshops & Membership Content

Courses, workshops, resource libraries, memberships, or gated digital content are final sale once access has been granted, unless otherwise stated.

Access may include:

  • Course portals

  • Workshop replays

  • Download libraries

  • Member-only resources

  • Community content

  • Private pages

  • Email-delivered materials

  • Audio/video content

Refunds are not issued because a customer did not complete a course, use a product, attend a live session, download materials, or achieve a specific personal outcome.

If WildTopography offers subscriptions, memberships, or recurring payments in the future, renewal, cancellation, and billing terms must be clearly stated at the point of purchase. Even though the FTC’s 2024 click-to-cancel rule was later blocked by a federal appeals court, clear subscription cancellation terms remain a strong consumer-protection best practice.

9. No Guaranteed Outcomes

WildTopography products are offered for education, reflection, creativity, spiritual exploration, self-discovery, entertainment, and personal development.

WildTopography does not guarantee specific outcomes, transformations, results, healing, income, personal breakthroughs, spiritual experiences, relationship changes, health changes, or emotional results.

The customer is responsible for how they use and apply any WildTopography product, prompt, reading, guide, meditation, course, journal, or resource.

10. Educational, Spiritual & Wellness Disclaimer

WildTopography products and materials are not medical care, mental health counseling, therapy, legal advice, financial advice, diagnosis, treatment, crisis support, or a substitute for licensed professional services.

Nothing sold by WildTopography should be used to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or manage any medical, psychological, financial, legal, or emergency condition.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, mental health crisis, or immediate safety concern, contact emergency services or a qualified professional in your area.

Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright, ownership, authorship, commercial rights, resale rights, distribution rights, or intellectual property rights to the customer.

12. Personal Use License

Unless a product clearly states otherwise, all WildTopography purchases are for personal use only.

If you would like to license WildTopography materials for professional, educational, workshop, coaching, or commercial use, please contact WildTopography for written permission.

Any approved commercial license must be agreed to in writing.

  • Any purpose that violates applicable law or WildTopography’s intellectual property rights

WildTopography reserves the right to revoke access, deny future purchases, or pursue available remedies if materials are misused.

15. Technical Issues

WildTopography wants customers to receive the products they purchased.

Please include:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • Email used at checkout

  • Product purchased

  • Description of the issue

WildTopography will make reasonable efforts to correct technical delivery issues.

Technical issues do not automatically qualify an order for a refund, but WildTopography will work in good faith to provide access to the purchased product when possible.

16. Customer Support Response Time

WildTopography aims to respond to customer support inquiries within 2 business days.

Business days generally mean Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, emergencies, illness, closures, or announced breaks.

Response times may vary during high-volume periods.

17. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact WildTopography first regarding any order issue, duplicate charge, missing file, or technical concern.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first attempting to resolve the issue with WildTopography may result in suspension of access to digital products, memberships, services, or future purchases while the dispute is reviewed.

WildTopography reserves the right to provide order records, download/access logs, communication history, policy acceptance records, and delivery confirmations to payment processors or dispute-resolution providers when responding to chargebacks.

18. Order Refusal, Cancellation, & Access Revocation

WildTopography reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or revoke access to an order, product, membership, course, workshop, or digital resource at its discretion.

This may occur in cases involving:

  • Fraud

  • Suspected unauthorized use

  • Payment issues

  • Policy violations

  • Abusive communication

  • Harassment

  • Misuse of intellectual property

  • Chargeback abuse

  • Technical or pricing errors

  • Inappropriate or unsafe conduct

If WildTopography cancels an order before access, download, fulfillment, or production has begun, a refund may be issued where appropriate.

19. Pricing, Errors & Availability

WildTopography makes reasonable efforts to keep product information, pricing, and availability accurate.

However, errors may occur.

WildTopography reserves the right to correct errors, update listings, cancel orders affected by pricing or technical mistakes, and revise product information at any time.

A purchase confirmation does not require WildTopography to honor an obvious pricing, listing, or technical error.

20. Accessibility & Compatibility

Digital products are generally provided in common file formats such as PDF, PNG, JPG, MP3, MP4, DOCX, or other formats stated in the product description.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have compatible devices, software, apps, internet access, storage space, and technical ability to open and use purchased files.

WildTopography is not responsible for limitations caused by customer devices, outdated software, third-party apps, printers, internet connection, or hardware compatibility.

21. Product Colors, Printing & Display

Digital and printed product colors may appear differently depending on screen settings, device displays, printer settings, paper type, ink quality, and third-party print services.

WildTopography does not guarantee exact color matching between digital previews and printed results.

22. Community or Member Areas

If a product includes access to a community, group, forum, member area, or private page, customers must follow all WildTopography community guidelines and member policies.

Access may be removed for violations of community rules, harassment, abuse, spam, unsafe conduct, or misuse of WildTopography spaces.

Removal for misconduct does not guarantee a refund.

23. Privacy

Customer information is used to process purchases, deliver products, provide support, manage access, and communicate about orders.

WildTopography does not sell customer personal information to third parties.

Additional details should be included in WildTopography’s separate Privacy Policy.

24. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WildTopography LLC, Reanea Clark, and any affiliated creators, contractors, or representatives are not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, emotional, financial, personal, spiritual, technical, or business damages arising from the purchase or use of WildTopography products.

The customer assumes responsibility for how they use, interpret, apply, print, share, store, or rely on WildTopography materials.

WildTopography’s total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product at issue, unless otherwise required by law.
